I have been a Chef for almost 30 years. I have worked in almost every aspect regarding this field. I have worked from fast casual to fine dining. When I initially stepped away from this industry in 2015, I really never thought about coming back.  But as I went along with life not in a kitchen, I realized how much I missed aspects of that world. So I decided to showcase what I can do for the people who matter. Everyone. There is no other feeling like it when someone tells you how much they appreciated and enjoyed what they ate. My decision to get back in the industry was not necessarily to hear the complement, but just to serve. And hopefully you will enjoy it!!!!
